Friendly--It's nice to be a recognized and valued customer. Informative. Good work. They keep an eye on what's going on with the whole vehicle. I always know way in advance about upcoming repairs. It has helped me budget my repairs and probably helped them plan accordingly on their end. My experience is exactly as expected for a business that is in such high demand.
