This event was extremely informative for our spa. New ideas, approaches, products, and trend setting products were evident throughout the event. The exhibitors were very attentive and knowledgeable but not overly concerned in getting their particular line in our spa. They let the products speak for themselves by sampling on site and offering samples to the participants. The staff at The Grand Spa was superb in maintaining order. Thanks for a great eye opening experience!
