My name is Stephanie Stark from The Oxford Club Spa and Salon. My time at the event was very educational. I learned so much from Bob! I took notes like crazy and can't wait to start trying a bunch of ideas.
I was invited to SAVVY in Denver on Tuesday and I thought it was awesome! Not only was the location a great space, it was well coordinated, the staff and vendors were all very friendly and welcoming and the caterer was a good pick as well! Bob Phibbs was a wonderful speaker given he is an expert at his trade and I learned a large amount about sales. What a great event! I got so much out of the speaker, and we found some wonderful new products and ideas for services we'll likely be bringing on very soon. We absolutely loved it!
The Live Love Spa event was so informative and a great way to collaborate with other spa managers and vendors. Bob Phibbs taught so many great retail techniques and inspired creative new ideas for my spa. I can't wait to go again... it was flawlessly executed and tons of fun!
Attended the event in Denver yesterday. I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a great venue with wonderful venders present.
