This was my first Live Love Spa event and my expectations were far exceeded! It was wonderful to connect with fellow Spa Professionals. I can't wait for the next event!

The giveaways were great, and there were a good amount of vendors for a small amount of space. It would have been really helpful if they were signs on the property directing you to the event or where to park.
Yesterday at live love spa at the Loews hotel in Coronado was the best experience!! Not only were the staff so helpful, the vendors were amazing! I loved the treatments I received! It was very relaxing, informative, and soooo much fun!!

It has been a really bad experience. As others have mentioned they say they allow the conversion of Spafinder gift cards to be used at their online shop. But they make it impossible and I am still trying to get these converted a month later. I have sent multiple emails and once in a while somebody responds (maybe Scott, maybe AI?) but still no solution.
