We have been to lots of live loves but this one was a disappointing for Casey and I. We brought two new people for us and really talked it up to them. Usually the opening ceremony is done where you u explain everything and to put robes on. Our new people we brought just didn't understand why we talked about it the way we did then nothing happened that we explained. We spent $400 this time in tickets! I was dissppointed that there was not any contact regarding appointment times and type of procedure expected. we were only able to do one treatment. The event is gearing more towards day spa than medical spa. We are full service medical spa & I did not find many options for us.
I thought it was very well managed and it was nice to be able to have one-on-ones with the different vendors, rather than the crush you get at I/Spa and other trade shows.
Really nice selection of quality vendors showcasing their products, with a number of new vendors that we have never seen, and a number of vendors that we know, showcasing new products. The treatments were very well done given the time constraints and the venue was very good. Overall, very well managed and presented event from the "buyer" perspective. I'm looking for a new skin care line and I feel like I got to talk to a lot of very interesting Prospective lines.
I loved checking in like a guest and receiving a robe and slippers. Nothing sells a product like receiving a service.
Don't know how they do it, but the Live, Love, Spa events continue to get better and better! I am always inspired and leave excited about the new relationships and contacts I have made.
This is the third year we have attended the event and have a forged great relationships with these vendors. We have brought in several vendors/products from this vendor. Very productive!
