Almost nine years ago. I opened my storage unit. It was for $99 a month. It's up to $168 a month now I spoke to other people who rent from there and theirs is not that high. This was for a 10 x 10 unit. This morning, we emptied the storage unit. I had two boxes, a tall box and a smaller box empty that I couldn't put in the dumpster because the dumpster was locked. I've rented storage before, and Lockaway Storage at 410/I-10 is the most positive experience I've had. The building is secured, clean and nice, quite affordable rates, and the staff is kind and helpful. Thank you

Ok Tom, where are your pictures to back your statements? You are obviously trying to save face. The city cited you for noncompliance but gave you the opportunity to meet their standards within a duration of time or be fined. YOU WERE FOUND TO BE IN COMPLIANCE ONLY AFTER THE CITY GOT INVOLVED. Good luck with your rat hotel.

My wife and I have used Lockaway at 410/I-10 for a few years. Andrew has always been friendly, professional and above and beyond in his approach to our needs. His dedication to his position and stellar customer care, is what keeps Lockaway the best storage solution for us! Thank you Andrew! Also, Linda, employee in training had a nice customer approach as well; we wish her the best with Lockaway!

Great place to store all your things! I've been renting a unit here for years. Staff is super friendly especially Andrew. He is the best. If you ever have a problem they will fix it. My unit did flood one time, very minor. But everything was sordid out. They have a band hall here if you play in a band it's very handy!

I recently rented s storage unit at Lockaway Storage. The manager Andrew was very professional & helpful in choosing the right storage unit for my needs. The property is very well maintained & clean. Good security. Highly recommend to everyone. Plus it was very reasonable.

I discovered that my unit had been broken into and items were missing. I told the lady at the front and she pointed to the sign saying "not responsible for stolen items". Thanks Lock Away! Due to the rising cost of storage they raised my rent from $30 to $42. Thanks Lock Away! I got orders and needed to move out. Rent was due on the 1st and I was moving my stuff out on the 4th. Asked for a prorated amount for the 4 days and was told, "sorry, we don't do that". Paid a full month's rent for 4 days. Thanks Lock Away!
