This storage facility is more than just that. The owner of the property leases climate controlled spaces securely located behind a gated entry that only permits entry any time prior to 10p. However, once in, you can play as late you may need for practice or rehearsal so long as you do not disturb the on property resident who just so happens to be the owner. Climate controlled band spaces, great sound, great ppl in other band spaces, and GREAT price! Only downfall is I can't get in after 10pm :( Make sure you queue for this place if your a serious band.
We are in a band that was welcomed into the Lockaway Storage family, a storage unit facility that accepts musicians and their noise. Today, we had all our equipment stolen when the bolt was ripped off and were able to experience first hand how insecure the premises actually was. Luckily, we were able to crack the case.
