The did excellent job from start to finish, include the estimator and the crew
The project went very well. Estimator Clayton Pippen and Inspector Billy Allen were both responsive and very professional and were responsible for the timely start and completion of the job. The gutter installation part of the job was also outstanding. I received quotes from 10 different roofing contractors. Lon Smith was not the cheapest, but was the most professional. I had confidence they would get the job done correctly and would back up their wok.

This was an excellent job from start to finish. The estimator Mitch Branick arrived as scheduled on July 21, 2017 and spent quite a long time on the roof, preparing a detailed estimated which he printed out on the spot and gave to us. He also gave us a large packet of materials with detailed information about the company, copies of insurance certificates, professional organization memberships and other relevant brochures. The roofing crew and inspector were very professional. The old roof was removed and the new one was.done in one day. They protected the shurbs and put tarps in the yard to catch the old shingles and picked up the nails. The site was.left very clean.

The estimator was fair and worked with the insurance adjuster every step of the way. The crew that did the work was courteous, did the work as promised, cleaned up after themselves and, it appears, did a quality job. The company rep. did a walk-through after the job was done and arranged for the proper permits and set up the city inspection. All work was done on time and as promised. Couldn't have asked for a better experienced and no stressful issues.
