Anytime an issue arose during our project and I called the main office, they were very quick to get back with me, which I appreciated. The work was done very well and quickly. it went very well, they came in and finished in 2 days. they did it neat apart from some few pieces of residuals on the ground. they pretty much cleaned everything as well.

We had a great experience with Lon Smith Roofing when they replaced our roof after a hail storm and we would highly recommend them. They were the only company to give us a detailed estimate up front and they didn’t ask for the insurance estimate first, or say they had to be there when the insurance adjuster went through, which all of the other companies did. Very hard working crew in 95+ degree weather. Lon Smith had someone come out an inspect the roof during construction and again afterwards and answer any questions I may have. The crew worked the entire day and into the early evening to finish the roof in 1 day. They were hot and very tired, but that didn't stop them from making sure all flower beds looked just like they did when they arrived. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards! I called Lon Smith Roofing first because they had replaced our current roof 10 years ago after last significant hail storm. Their work was more than satisfactory then; so why not give them first crack at replacing what they had installed? So, I called. Their estimator was here in a few days. He didn't need a ladder because he would pilot a drone over my roof to take pictures to document the damage.
