I had no idea who to go with for our new roof. It seemed after the crazy hail storm everyone was getting replacement roofs. There were as many contractors cruising the neighborhood looking for the roofing job as people that lived in Allen, TX! They were everywhere. What to do? Lon Smith Roofing did an outstanding job. They were extremely courteous, professional, on time, and concerned about my complete satisfaction. Kudos to Mark Ruddis, Estimator, Lopez26, Install Crew, Matt Bustillos, Inspector, and the entire office staff. They did what they said they were going to do, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied, I highly recommend Lon Smith Roofing.

This is the second roof we have replaced with Lon Smith. From the first meeting with our salesman to the final inspection, the process was professional. The quality of materials & workmanship was excellent. Communication with the company was clear & concise. The workers showed up as scheduled & cleaned up afterward. David, the inspector, was at the job making sure the work was done as prescribed. I also know Lon Smith Roofing will stand behind their work.

I worked with Jon. He was so helpful. He even came and met the insurance company to show them all the damage. The roofing choices were beautiful and I even get an insurance discount for having a C-4 roof put on. The roof was done in 1 day and the clean up was great. This is my 3rd roof with Lon Smith and I would use them again.
