Lon Smith Roofing is the best roofer in the metroplex! My neighbor recommended them, I saw the quality of their work and decided to go with them. This was my first time replacing my roof and Lon Smith made this experience seamless. Allen Kinard explained the process and what was to be expected. Lon Smith Roofing performed the work with the highest level of professionalism and quality. The interaction with the sales team, roofing crew, and accounting office has been efficient and responsive. Our sales representative worked diligently to assess our needs and even work with the insurance company to ensure everything went smoothly. After a recent hail storm our realtor suggested we have our roof inspected for damage. There was damage. Our realtor recommended Lon Smith Roofing contractors. Their bid was the middle of three bids, all of which were quite close. We hired them and have been exceptionally pleased. They had an outgoing salesman who we liked very much and also had a supervisor who really made certain the job was done to Lon Smith standards. Lon Smith was professional and very responsive the whole way through the process. They worked within the insurance quote and provided pictures as needed so we could ensure everything was covered. They cleaned up at the end of each day. This is the 2nd roof we've had Lon Smith replace in 15 years, and we will use them again.

Our experience with Lon Smith was Awesome!!! Great company to work with they gave us options and did some upgrade in our Roof at no extra cost. Our Salesperson was fantastic he explained every detailed of the procedure and aswered all of our questions and concerns. I had a GREAT experience with Lon Smith roofing. Every department (Sales, Scheduling, Install Team, Inspector, Roofing Supervisor) was very professional. Scheduling was convenient and easy. I was kept informed at each process of my roof replacement and was given suggestions on how to better ventilate my attic. The Inspector came out several times during the installation and checked if I had any questions and to update me on the work.
