Absolutely impressed by their thorough professional inspection!I have sold and bought many homes before but have never received such an amazing service from anyone else.From now on I would definitely use only them. The inspector went above and beyond and when he was completing his report , even provided us with pictures and videos of the problematic areas.
Just used them for 2 houses, were able to get them out immediately for emergency closings due to FHA requiring either COO or inspection on new builds.On the most recent inspection they stopped us from buying the ***** of all new builds from *****************. Without their diligence and extreme attention to detail my client would have made the worst purchase of his life and now ***************** is required to essentially rebuild the house. Saved our ***** for sure. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Great company! Took care of our inspection with the greatest care, double checked everything and made sure our foundation was right and correct! Well definitely be using the rest of their services and recommend to other home buyers building their home!

Very thorough and was helpful in letting us know what he found and also explaining the importance of whatever it happened to be that he had discovered. I was amazed at the amount of things he saw so quickly that were things we had seen but never really paid attention to. Well worth the investment to be sure.
