Lone Star Inspections provided me a very knowledgeable and detailed inspection report. As a first time homebuyer, I liked the notes that were included for preventative maintenance that would keep my house in top shape. Another bonus was learning that for tankless water heaters require a water softener system to be used, or you will void all manufacturer warranties. This was extremely important to learn, because my new build home did not have one installed which saved me stress, time, and money down the road!
Professional, knowledgeable and accommodating! Lone Star Inspections provided the absolute BEST service in full detail and was very helpful throughout the entire process not to mention on such short notice so that I could make an well informed decision during the option period while purchasing a home.
