My *********** purchased a new construction ********* almost didn't get our own inspector because we thought with it being new, what could be wrong? We'll, as it turns out, plenty! ***** was quick & professional, finding numerous issues & some code violations. With his detailed report, we were able to fwd it to our construction manager & these issues are being addressed before our closing. HIGHLY recommend!

Lone Star Inspections provided me a very knowledgeable and detailed inspection report. As a first time homebuyer, I liked the notes that were included for preventative maintenance that would keep my house in top shape. Another bonus was learning that for tankless water heaters require a water softener system to be used, or you will void all manufacturer warranties. This was extremely important to learn, because my new build home did not have one installed which saved me stress, time, and money down the road!
