This was a very complex property to inspect, with WWII era construction and decades of deferred maintenance. It was also a huge house, 3,800 sf. Jason got the job done in a hurry, and he did a very thorough job. The reports that I got were very detailed. I live in Houston, but needed this San Antonio property inspected because I was considering purchasing it as a rental. I'm glad that I had Jason to inspect the property as part of my due diligence.
