Quality of service and value are excellent. Inspection was prompt and very thorough. Only unpleasant surprise was that my cell phone number was given out to third party vendors. I received a sales call and emails from an affiliated home security system provider, even before receiving the full inspection report. Vendor salesman claimed that Lone Star gave me a heads up that I should be expecting the call, which was not true. I must have missed some fine print somewhere...

I was totally impressed & stressed free when I found out Lone Star Inspections were able to handle all my inspection needs in one visit. I was ecstatic when I found out the cost of all inspections combined in one price. I totally recommend Lone Star Inspections for any of your inspection needs!! They were also able to schedule the inspection 1 day after choosing Lone Star & emailed me the report before the end of the night. I was impressed & satisfied and I would totally use them for my future inspection needs.

The entire process with Lone Star Inspections was extremely easy and painless. I called for a quote and spoke with the office manager Franzi S******* who was extremely polite and professional. I received a military discount and had an appointment scheduled for the following day. The inspector who came out was Gerald I*****. He was on time and very professional.
