It was mice infestation over there I just moved from there last year a mouse was in my place the 2nd week it was a nightmare from there... It took me a while to write I still have flashbacks I give a negative 100 I was traumatized...I have a whole papertrail of complaints even had the City/Health Department come out and they found old mouse evidence everywhere... Believe it or not I don't have a lot of complaints on the end of the complex I live on it's not as traumatic.... However A JOB FAIR to hire more than 1 maintenance person ( Cause he is VERY LAZY) would do wonders, 2nd Fix the potholes that you were given the FUNDING TO DO, as us very disabled people can not maneuver around all that, Yes I knew it wasn't handicap friendly when I moved in 2yrs ago but dam...walk your grounds more and see the problems your paying tenants struggle with, don't just pick up mattresses & tvs around... read more

Music blaring all day and all night. No parking because there are junk cars that haven't moved in years, some don't even have plates!! Nobody cares, nothing done. Roaches are everywhere. Trash is everywhere. I got 2 flats from falling in the potholes. Security? What security? The gates are open all day and all night. Last year the pool opened late and shut after a few weeks the water was so filthy. Bad kids that nobody is watching. These lazy people send little kids to take trash out and the kids can't even reach the dumpste... read more

Im getting the heck out of here. This place is worse than a homeless shelter. Roaches are everywhere. When I moved in there was a dead roach smooshed on the wall. The apt was dirty af. There's pubic hair stuck in the paint in my shower. So every time I shower I look at some strangers pubes. Who gets these apts ready, the laziest ppl they can find?? I can't wait to leave. I was really looking forward to moving into a 2 bedroom apartment with them. The office staff was polite and I had no issues. I thought everything was great, and I was finally getting me and my kids in a better place then the one we are in. Because I really like their apartments they seemed really nice to me. They took my application fee AND reservation fee I wait a month for the tenant to move out, then they make me wait an additional month almost to have the unit inspected.
