I love my place I love my apartment. It is my understanding that the complex has been around for a while, but when I moved in it was just like new. There were a few bumps with signing my lease in the beginning but the staff was always friendly and willing to work with me! Great location To start off the apartments where i live or in the greatest location in the city,10 minutes from all of the entertainment in the city, and on a great bus line in every direction. The maintenance is terrible, and the landlord is not professonal. The insects are out of control, entering inside your complex. The grounds are kept up more then the complex.
i lived in this apartment complex for three years. i am a student who attends UMKC medical school attatched to Truman. i am currently being kicked out of longfellow because i am not "poor enough" after 3 years of paying my rent on time and being a good renter, i have 30 days to find a new place and move out.
