UPDATE: TRACY JUST HAD HER LAWYER CALL ME TO TELL ME IN THE WORLD WE LIVE IN YOUR ANIMAL CANNOT BE GIVEN THE CARE SHE HAS BEEN GETTING FOR 17MONTHS STRAIGHT. SO TRACY AND HER HOSPITAL LIKE TO LIE TO THERE CUSTOMERS, AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF LIFE THAT YOUR ANIMAL HAS. Will never use again. One of our cats cracked a tooth and needed it pulled. They told us the charge was going to be $300+ just for pulling that one tooth. I told them I wouldn't authorize any other teeth aside from that one. They then called twenty minutes after I dropped her off and tried to tell me that at least four other teeth needed pulled once they got her under anesthesia. I said, "no, she's fourteen I'm not doing that to her." They said they, "couldn't in good conscience pull one of the teeth and not the other... read more
