Being first time home buyers, we were somewhat clueless in areas. Lorie and her staff took the time to explain everything to us and show us all our options. I was recommended to Lorie Jaynes from my realtor. I’m so grateful for all the support I’ve received through this process. Most of my day-to-day questions and concerns were addressed by Tina, Lorie’s assistant. However, in general I felt I could reach out to either Tina or Lorie at any time. They responded to calls and emails immediately and professionally. As a first time home-buyer I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.
