My loan was by no means "slam dunk" material. An ever changing situation from my end never seemed to be a problem for this power duo. They we're understanding, thorough, and quick. We were cleared to close in almost half the estimated 30 days (which I thought was quick). I never once felt uncomfortable or uninformed. This was the second home that I have financed and I now know what a good Loan Officer is really like. If you are looking for a mortgage in Knoxville or surrounding areas, stop looking.
