BUYER BEWARE -- I honestly don't know what happened but I paid initially OOP and then was told that I should be able to reach out to insurance to try to cover some of the cost. Instead what's happened is that it appears I'm out over 1k since they applied my insurance towards the cost and I never got refunded for my OOP costs. On top of that, I had to pay OOP for routine cleanings etc. because of this. Through all of this, I received absolutely no updates for months and I had to reach out to my dentist who then reached out to... read more
The only thing I would like to mention My appointment was scheduled for 11:30AM the receptionist was saying to me your appointment is at 12:00 she wasn't friendly at all and never apologized she was pretty short. Never smiled and shut the window.
They didnt inform me before the consultation they only have surgical options for the treatment of tmj. I was not looking for it
