The only thing I would like to mention My appointment was scheduled for 11:30AM the receptionist was saying to me your appointment is at 12:00 she wasn't friendly at all and never apologized she was pretty short. Never smiled and shut the window.
They didnt inform me before the consultation they only have surgical options for the treatment of tmj. I was not looking for it
I appreciate that your office scheduled me into the office so timely for replacement of a ‘defective stripped screw’ but it was a visit with no resolution. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication between my dentist and Dr. Kupferman as to what was needed and the wrong replacement screw was ordered by my dentist Dr. Levine. This maybe at the root of the problem. Wrong defective screw from Dr. Levine’s lab for the restorative portion of the successful dental implant that Dr. Kupferman had placed!
