Louis is the best there is in the mortgage business. My most recent refinance with Louis was my third engagement with him and his team and ever time, things have gone smoothly and efficiently. I know you took care of your client very quickly, which is a good thing. But while I was told that I would receive communication throughout the process, I only received an initial email, a text reply back to a text and then a text saying that you had a clear to close for your client. Emails only confirmed that you had received the contract and a reply back in that regard. So I did not feel that as the sellers' agent I was "kept in the loop" throughout the process. That's my honest response Louis.
