I received no communication to update me on the loan status and when I finally called to get an update the lender was very short and condescending in his attitude and barely would even answer my questions. It was as if I was taking up his precious time, although I hadn't even been on the call for longer than 2 minutes. I will not be recommending this lender, even though the loan process was smooth and without any issues and it closed on time.

I just expected for him to keep me more informed and to listen to me as well and make better suggestions for my own situation on purchasing a home. I did everything he asked but he did not listen to me or offer anything to help my family and I did not speak to him much his assistant was very helpful and easy to speak to.
