I'm so glad we got to test drive the upcoming Gravity during its short appearance at Fashion Island before they were shipped to Texas. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time explaining the different options to us. Our kids even got goody bags of treats so they too enjoyed our appointment lol. Can't wait to see the Gravity again. Until then, we'll enjoy the Air Pure :)

Clearly we were not looking like buyers today. My Motorhead grandson just wanted to look, BUT the welcoming young team member was so kind and attentive! Took the time to let him sit in the cars, check out the trunk and under the hood. Great experience!

Matt was so attentive, professional and helpful with us getting into our new Lucid Air Touring. He was patient when our test drive had to be cut short and we had to go pick up the kids early from the babysitter and switched over easily and seamlessly to texting with us to answer our questions. He provided consistent and polite follow up as we went through the process of figuring out how to sell our Tesla and walked me step by step through the application and deposit for reserving our new vehicle. Lucid Air Touring sold itself, but Drake helped me cross the finish line. Thank you, Drake. Don't die before you go to Fashion Island and test drive this car. I used to have a bucket list. Now, I have a Lucid Air Touring. End of story. It feels like I'm at five star hotel in a king sized bed with wheels and the damn thing can go from 0 to 60 in just over three seconds and the acceleration is like ride on a cloud. i went to check the new grand touring lucid we were greeted by Andy in the show room and he immediately helped us with all our questions! we had a test drive scheduled few weeks later but Andy was able to change it and let us drive the car that day ! after the drive and more questions ... we were sold!! Andy never pressured us , just helped us making our decision! I hope anyone going to Newport Beach to lucid will be lucky to have Andy as their advisor!! great job Andy !!!!

Because of Drake Takata, I had a great experience learning about Lucid car models. And excellent test drive experience. I have never driven a better car and because of Lucid's development team's focus to detail, the car couldn't be better appointed with everything one would need for a most excellent ride!!!! Huge parking lot at Fashion Island. These cars are over 100K a vehicle. Fully electric. My test drive supervisor Drake was very friendly, reliable, and open to conversation. Drove The Air Grand Touring. Very smooth and fast off the line speed. Car has regenerate braking. A great sound system, touch screen with many adjustable settings such as seats and mirrors. Great looking show room. Employees are very well knowledgeable of their product. Cars are great looking. I will be buying one in the near future. I felt like I was walking into an Apple store. I only recommend the store had back ground music.

Been to this Lucid studio numerous times. Beautiful car, beautiful studio, outstanding and passionate advisors with real product knowledge. This is the quintessential model how to showcase your product, form relationships, and ultimately sell cars. So impressed that we reserved a car that will be available in about 6 months. Our advisor, Matthew Kuraoka, is an exemplary Lucid representative. BTW, you don't need a reservation to visit the studio.
