A cool place to check out the latest and greatest tech in EV, but you do need to make an appointment to visit, which makes it very inconvenient.

We stopped by today to check out the Gravity and we're probably in the car for less than 10 min when the rude sales lady told us to leave bc there was someone wanting to look at it . So I stepped out and watched to see if anyone was coming and no one did . Went back and told her how rude she was to to lie to us as we were trying to get to now the car better. Walked in ready to buy and literally got greeted by crickets, for 10-15 minutes, nothing! My family has been looking to get another vehicle and rather than buy a 3rd Tesla, we wanted a vehicle that would be more suited for family trips and traveling sports and wanted more room. Not one person greeted us. 01/15/26 This is our second time in a six years since visiting this showroom floor. We first visited when this store first opened, but now it's our second time visiting. We still haven't decided on purchasing all cash on a Lucid. The car is beautiful inside and outside for an all electric vehicle. What is the reason to have the Gravity roped off? Customers needs to be able to experience a vehicle, not view from afar. There is a reason your stock is down and you can't get enough buyers. Your customer service gal working on 2/23/24 was rude and said "you see the ropes? You cannot sit in it". Wow, rude with attitude. Lucid needs some help.

Made me drive 45 min to test drive a lucid and said I need an appointment when I got there and straight out lied to my face telling me she told me I need an appointment. Their auto pilot not like a Tesla from what they said so if u are looking for a good auto pilot out ur money in Tesla.

Super bitchin car showroom at Fashion Island in Newport Beach with the latest in EV technology. You don't need an appointment and it was very crowded here today. I wasn't paying close attention to the details but the employees seem to be very enthusiastic about competing with Tesla.
