I've been leasing with Lucid in Torrance for the past three years and stopped in recently since my lease is up in August. Honestly, the experience was easy. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and didn't push me in any direction, which I really appreciated. This review is for Quinton. My husband and I went in to the Lucid studio to test drive a Gravity. We did end up buying it (which we absolutely love!), but wanted to leave a shoutout for Quinton's awesome customer service. He was super helpful, answered all our questions, was really knowledgeable, and was all-around a nice guy. Thanks so much for your help!!
Friendly encounter. Spent over an hour with car orientation and finalizing lease. Could have done without the present unwrapping part - showy and a little artificial for me. Pleasant waiting room with nice amenities. Car in immaculate condition when received.
Disclaimer: review is purely on pickup Parking: has their own parking lot next to another business. Shout out to Adam! Was our delivery person. Helped go through all the features and walked us through everything we needed to know. Super polite and funny. Blast of an experience. Location is accommodating and snacks + water are prepared for you. Cool unveiling of the car and painless paperwork process. Prior to this, everything was taken care of online anyway.
The entire staff has been great, I am currently working with Derek, and he has gone out of his way to answer all my questions and help me have a great Lucid experience. Needless to say the Lucid product is awesome !!
This company is A+++!!! The vehicles are amazing, the service is great and the whole experience of buying a car from Lucid was the best I have ever had. Jeremiah was the first person we met as we walked in. We had an appointment and were offered water and to see the cars we were interested in. Jeremiah knew the answers to everything we asked. AMAZING!!! When I first went to the design studio, I was blown away by the clean style of the facility, the cars, and the staff. All were first-class in every way. But the car was the best part. I have driven almost every car brand worldwide, and this one is the best. The attention to detail of the fit and finish is amazing. The car's battery range is outstanding, and with the large battery, the handling is second to none. I cannot wait to take delivery of my car!
We test drove our first Lucid last week & it was an outstanding experience. This magnificent car is incomparable in its technology & handling. Felt like we were driving a spaceship. I had heard it was a phenomenal drive with superlative features, but it really blew us away. We are ordering our first Lucid & it's spoiled us for anything else.
