A+ Experience at Lucid Service Center - Tysons, VA If there were a 6-star rating, I'd slam that button so hard I'd break my screen. Completely new Service Staff @ Virginia office. This new staff has gone above and beyond to clearly resolve an issue the previous staff has let sit on the table. I am impressed. Thank you for your dedication.

One star, and only because zero isn't an option. I lease a Lucid Air. It's my third EV after a BMW and a Polestar, so I'm not new to this and I don't scare easily. This has been bad enough that I actively tell people to avoid the brand. The car itself has a number of software and mechanical issues, but the real problem is the service. Run. Run. Run. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My salesperson, Lindsley, was phenomenal and truly went above and beyond during the buying process. Unfortunately, after that, my experience with the Lucid Gravity has been nothing short of disastrous. The first issue started with the phone system. During every hands-free call, people could barely hear me and constantly said I sounded muffled. I placed an order for a Lucid vehicle on Sunday and chose a specific car because it was listed as in stock. My previous car was recently totaled after someone hit it, so timing was a major factor in my decision. The sales representative told me that because the vehicle was in inventory, delivery should take only 1-3 days. That is not what happened. Wonderful car with the most horrible service. I ordered my car in December and was supposed to receive it February. The delivery got delayed. And then it was delayed again. So, I said I really like the car , let me get the car similar to what ordered from the stock. And they did, they found it.
