Steer clear of the Lucid Service Team! The Lucid Studio may do an amazing job of hooking you to get a Lucid yet the Service Center, specifically those interacting with the clients, deserve zero stars. We had a minor cosmetic issue on the rear passenger wheel. We first contacted the Lucid Service center at the beginning of May and were asked to send photos. Would give zero stars if possible. Was shopping and went by their show room in Tysons...went to sit in the car, and was told I was not to touch it nor sit in it.

Great staff, unfortunately I ordered the car on line, gave my deposit. Than within a week I went to the storefront, drove the car. And decided I didn't want the car at this time. I immediately contacted Lucid California and told them to cancel the order. They told me my $1,000 deposit was non refundable. I suggest anyone dealing with Lucid to be aware, and cautious about giving them money. It seems wrong than only a week passed from order date to cancelation and that was not enough time to cancel.
