We've been interested in a Lucid Motors EV for some time now, and today was the perfect opportunity to visit the Lucid Studio in UTC. We met Steven who was very helpful explaining differences between Lucid models and variations thereof, as well as taking his time answering the myriad of questions we had. From the seeing the two models in the studio (think upscale showroom), we will return next week for a test drive. As promised, Steven followed up with an email this afternoon with links to more information online. Overa... read more

We had a great test drive and first experience today at Lucid. Elliot in Sales was very easy to talk with, no pressure, very knowledgable and professional. The Lucid Air Touring is a great car, very well built with good fit and finish, nice colors and features. Highly recommend Elliot and the Lucid Air!

Extremely happy with my experience at Lucid UTC. In particular, my interactions with my sales rep., Michael Meader, were smooth and informative, with excellent communication. Michael assisted me with multiple test drives, and ultimately helped secure a lease. One year later, Michael continues helping with issues and responding to my questions in a timely matter. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Lucid's general Customer Care service, which is always a frustrating experience. Michael is the resounding exception. Lu... read more

This is a review of Nicolette Estes, our salesperson at the Lucid "studio" in the UTC La Jolla Mall. Nicolette is FANTASTIC! She is a car "nerd" in the very BEST sense of the word, because there was not a single general or technical question for which she did not know the answer, and we asked a LOT of questions! You can tell that she has a real love of a wide variety of automobiles, both current and past models. Not only did she know all the intricacies of the various Lucid models, she was also extremely helpful when it ... read more

My Sales Specialist, Nicolette Estes at the Lucid Studio in UTC was very helpful in finding me the perfect Air Pure that I had in mind. She was knowledgeable about all the features of the car and always followed up with me to answer all my questions. It made it easy to decide getting one. This is the best car I've ever had. I highly recommend you test drive one and I would insist you work with Nicolette.

I recently purchased a Lucid Air from the UTC San Diego Mall. The experience was excellent.Elliott Roman helped me greatly, not only designing the exact car I was looking for, but also helping me learn the operations of the car after purchase. It is most rare to take such care after completion of the purchase.I highly recommend Elliot Roman.

Oh my gosh, the backseat has so much legroom in their electric sedan. Too bad we can't test drive it here. The kind sales lady took the time to engage and showed us the features of the cars. Mile range is pretty high compared to other plug-ins. Can't wait to see their SUV when it's unveiled. Great to see some luxury competition in the same space as Tesla. If they get a sports car version, I'll heavily consider trading in my gas guzzler.

We are just beginning to explore EVs for a potential future purchase. We made it clear that we would not be buying during the visit -- and they still took us for a test drive, answered every question, and did not pressure us in the least. It was a great experience that created a very favorable impression about the Lucid brand.
