After Jurrian took me for a test drive, I was hooked and had to have this car. Jurrian helped me pick out the details on the Lucid and I had the most beautiful car ready for my pick up within a couple of months. Jurrian was the ultimate professional and I highly recommend him and the car. It is the most amazing car I have ever driven and I love the attention I get on the road. It is a show stopper! Test drive a Lucid with Jurrian and be prepared to get hooked.

My sales advisor was Jurrian Terpstra. When we went to the showroom, he greeted my wife and I with courtesy and showed the utmost of patience as I ran him through a long list of questions about the Lucid Air. He is a very knowledgeable Sales Advisor and what few questions he couldn't answer, he researched and got back to me by email. I was so impressed with the car and his presentation, I returned home and submitted my reservation. I am now the proud owner of a Lucid Air Touring. Jurrian kept in touch during the "wait" and I... read more

Excellent customer service from Michael! He did a thorough demonstration on the features of the vehicle and executed an elevated test drive that is one for the books! I highly recommend stopping by. The overall presentation and experience was unforgettable.

Took a test drive today with Michael. We had a incredible time learning about Lucid and the advancements they have made in their automotive development. I highly recommend going for a test drive. And Michael really he knows cars. We had a great time talking about our experiences with the different brands on the market. Thank you Michael for your time and sharing your excitement.

09/17/22 - I need to write this review because of how terrible our experience was at Lucid. My family and I were at the mall and being Tesla Model X owners, we have been debating between getting another car like a Model S or a different electric vehicle. My husband had seen Lucid in the past and suggested we walk in. There was a cluster of about 5 employees standing there and talking. When we walked in, no one greeted us. We were there for about 4 minutes and no one came up to ask us if we had questions. It was very uncomfor... read more

This store helped me confidently choose a Tesla. I was surprised nobody approached me while I visited. All the reps were standing around and didn't seem interested in talking to me at all. When I got their attention, I asked about car features and the rep flat out told me the price tag without answering my question. I wanted to smack the smug look off his face.

Literally walked in with the intention of buying the car outright in cash. I had my buddy right outside watching with my adidas backpack filled with 150k+ in cash. The salesperson approached me while I was in the car trying to play some music so I can hear the system myself. Tesla has an amazing sound system so I wanted to compare. They rudely came into the car and turned off the music while saying we don't play that kind of music here. Then proceeded to ask me to get out of the car because someone who was dressed in a suit ... read more
