Better communication. Michael Krach was wonderful. When the ball was in his court he did everything possible to help me and explain my options. He kept me informed. At other times I was at a loss. Weeks went by and I didn’t know what was going on. I realize things are slower in this time of Covid, but the process took almost 3 months and I would have been less anxious if communication had been forthcoming. Nevertheless, I feel confident in the integrity of Mutual of Omaha.
