I know that the lender can not believe everything the customer says, but in my case they wouldn't listen to me. They kept on trying to use other property that was un related. This kept things in a chaotic environment even after closing. This review is not towards Mr Falcon but for everyone involved. Some people I had a great experience some I would not recommend at all.

Better communication in a timely manner. Quicker decision making. Less redundant Information requests. If Social Security and Pension amounts are direct deposit they should not need additional varifiction. Iy Payroll is direct deposit why should one have to continue to provide actual paystubs month by month.
