I really like the email system to keep us posted about the status of the transaction. But when I had questions on the appraisal coming in low, no one could answer them (except the appraiser). The transaction closed a tad late, but that's to be expected with the vast majority of lenders. I am very grateful for the good service and that we were able to close the transaction a reasonably smooth, timely manner.
Initially, I was going to be financed with another company. However, when the agreed upon close dates started getting shifted because they couldn't meet the contractual agreements, I was referred to Luke by my Realtor. Luke not only started my process from scratch, but I found myself sitting at closing at the agreed timeframe!! Needless to say, I was completely shocked. I am so grateful for Luke in getting me in my new home, and on time!
