Communication wasn't what I had expected. The website should have had an automatic alert when something had been posted for us to sign or upload. Instead we either had to check it multiple times a day or we'd get an email that said "friendly reminder" - except it made it seem like we were behind doing our part of the process. Our closing was delayed and the person who took over our account didn't know some key details. Overall the people were pleasant and friendly.
Luke and his team are responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answer all of our questions and ensure our clients are happy and well taken care of!
