Learning about using a VA loan was new for us, and this is an interesting time to be learning while also applying that knowledge in real-time. Luke was patient with our questions and responded quickly when we had questions (even probably very lame and google-able ones). He communicated with our realtor, Crystal Carrasco in a seamless manner, which was another place we felt supported and trusted the team working to get us into our dream home (bidding wars and all, they did it).
