Luke and his team were literally the best. My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers and we decided to do it one of the hardest ways possible…by buying land and putting a manufactured home on it! Luke and his team took on getting us a loan on a for sale by owner home. The seller had been told by other brokers that it would need to be a cash buyer due to various factors and multiple dwellings. I was extremely impressed with the handling of my loan. After several misguided attempts on 'my part' Patty and Luke got everything straightened out for me on my refinance. All at a lower rate and closing costs then my previous lender quoted me!!!!
