We first contacted Luke in October and were unsure whether we would qualify for a home loan. We asked our Realtor for some lender referrals and in no particular I began calling. After speaking with Luke for just a couple of minutes, I knew I wanted him to work for us. And let me say, I couldn't have made a better choice. Luke and his team were absolutely amazing in every detail. I honestly wasn't even thinking of refinancing my house since I thought I already had a great interest rate. After speaking with Luke he estimated I could save $500 a month on my payment and lower my interest rate almost a full percent. Turns out I am saving a bit more than $500 and couldn't be happier. I've done this a few times in the past and this was honestly the easiest and most straight forward process ever. Despite all the complicating things going on with our personal lives not to mention how busy the mortgage market is right now Luke was still able to give me the time and attention on our loan to make us feel like it was the only thing on his plate. By far the best loan experience I’ve had.

Luke was quick to help when I called him. With such a hot market he understands you can't be slow. He was able to get me qualified for a property I wanted. He also got me into the hands of a wonderful realtor and within the week my offer was accepted. Teamwork, his team got everything to the finish line and we are moving into our new residence.
