The waitresses need more training. They were interrupting our conversations several times. Food was ok, I can’t say great really, I’m kind of disappointed. The restaurant was so loud and they charged for hotel convenience fee $15.00, plus the tip of course. Not coming back
The server was very nice and explained the menu. I chose a pork chop and stated very clearly that I want it well done and if it wasn’t I would not be happy. Of course it came out and it was rare. Disappointed I sent it back and it came back still rare. This was unacceptable. The manager Paul came by and apologized but I said how can this happen twice? The cook knew he had to cook it further and the expeditor had a thermometer. My girlfriend ordered Chicken Picatta and it was very dark and the sauce was practically flavorless... read more
Very excited to finally try Giada’s 6 of us Hard to chat with noise level Service was good As was the food Food was good not great Was expecting great Kinda a let down Don’t know that we’ll go back
This was my second time at Luna but the first for four girls in our party. Tonight’s girls dinner took three hours. We were stuck waiting to order food courses and drinks. Dinners were served to wrong seats and nothing was offered for the birthday we were celebrating. For the cost of bill (over $100 p/person) I can’t say it was worth the experience. Scottsdale has too many talent chefs and amazing restaurants to waste a night like this. Sadly, we were disappointed.
After enjoying great food and service, we discovered an additional unexpected hidden charge on the bill of 3.5% for "Venue Admin Fee"!
We were very disappointed in the food and service . The carpaccio was the worst I’ve ever had. The pasta dishes were not even warm. Our wine was also warm after we asked to have it put on ice . Our expectations high, and definitely not met!!!
The service was great but the food left a lot to be desired, I had the branzino it was bland and my wife had the lemon spaghetti and the sauce was grainy the same thing our guest said. We were really looking forward to eating at this restaurant but to be honest fell way below what we thought it should be. The wine and the charcuterie were good.
$45 for a 1/4 pound of pasta with spicy sausage. It was very good, BUT WAY OVERPRICED! I am part Italian and have enjoyed hundreds of Italian restaurants in my 40-some years and this is the first Italian restaurant that did not put bread on the table to start the meal?? Is this something new?? They didn’t even bring bread when out meal came out. We had to ask for bread half way through dinner. Place wasn’t that busy either so not sure what was going on.
I never leave any reviews and this is my first one ! I ordered chicken piccata, nothing complicated a very simple dish , they served me a very dry piece of fried chicken which was so hard to cut through it ! Very disappointed, will never dine there again
