Firstly, ambiance is excellent. Cool vibe, modern hotel with amazing views of Camelback Mountain, sunsets, etc... 7th floor viewing can't be beat elsewhere. Next... the customer service, wait staff, bartenders etc... all were very kind and courteous. Sadly... thats were the 5 stars end and 1 star begins. The food is nothing to look forward to or return for. Celebrity chef Giada would or should be embarrassed to be serving poor dishes like this... Her Signature dishes, pastas, etc.. had no flavor at all. Lemony, creamy pasta ... read more

The restaurant was very nice. Meals were somewhat reasonable. Appetizers were expensive for the size portion. The drinks were absolutely expensive. $25 for a drink is a little ridiculous. I would have been fine if we had an out of this world experience, but our waitress barely came back to the table and we had to constantly flag someone down just to get water which we didn’t get very much of. We waited three months for the reservation and I was definitely disappointed.

My husband and I were excited to try this new restaurant in the Valley. We made a reservation but realized we wanted to make it earlier for our movie and it was easy to change the time. The hostesses were kind and sat us right away. We enjoyed a few cocktails and split a Cesar salad that was delicious. My husband then had a steak which he said was a little too over-seasoned for his liking and was disappointed that the potatoes weren’t mashed but more of a fingerling potato. Overall he was not impressed. I asked the waitress ... read more

We went to Promo to celebrate 4 birthdays. We have been to Giada’s restaurant in Vegas and we’re so excited to try her new restaurant in Scottsdale. Everything was average at best. Our pork chop was undercooked. We ordered 2 lemon soufflés and they both came out very undercooked. The manager came out and said they would remake them. Again, they came out looking and tasting like liquid egg whites. The chef came out and asked what was wrong. We poured out the liquid from the cup it came in and explained that the lemon soufflé ... read more

Bad wine list with no Italian wine, $42 dollar pasta with two shrimp and cream sauce that could have come from Olive Garden. Ok for tourists but otherwise stay home. Disappointing after an incredible meal at her Las Vegas restaurant.

Nice ambience and service, but the food is very mediocre and expensive. Ordered the vodka sauce pasta dish with scallops and a salad and the bill was $91. Not worth going back.

Worst meal I have had forever. Most everything was try. I dine at nice restaurants and this was less than desirable. They missed the mark epically
