Here for Mother's Day and wanted to try out a new restauant. Food is just ok, nothing special and over price. The only good thing to say is good service. Another thing is they charged 3.5% for Venue Admin fee. It seems like i have to pay for their rent. I wouldnt come back here, there are plenty of good options in Scottdale.

Super disappointed in this restaurant. It is pretty and in a good location. The server was nice but very slow. Appetizers came out without utensils. Then entrees were served and had to wait again on utensils. Food was extremely bland and just mediocre. My son’s spaghetti came out sitting in a puddle of water… for such a renowned chef to be the owner the food should be much better… hope they fix the kinks or it won’t last long!

Disappointed in the menu. Was expecting more since a well know chef. I have been to a lot of “authentic” Italian restaurants, and frankly, other locally owned restaurants with a varied menu, and their Italian entrees were much better. Maybe my anticipation was too high to begin with. Probably won’t go back. However, it was very busy. So good luck!

We came on March 12, and we were so disappointed with our experience I am just now bringing myself to leave a review. For background, we have been to Giadas in Vegas 4x and it is one of our most favorite restaurants!! Everything is fantastic from the service to the views and of course the food. We were so excited for Lunas to open in Scottsdale. What a complete disappointment. We reserved a table outside, assuming the inside would be packed, but we were surprised when we got there that more than half the inside tables were e... read more

Went to Mother’s Day brunch and the hotel and restaurant itself was beautiful. Buffet style for Mother’s Day was a bit overpriced for what we got. I would definitely like to try just the regular menu next time. I was pretty bummed spending $150 per person for buffet that was just “ok” when I could have got better food somewhere near by for less. Maybe next time have a regular menu for special occasions or have an option.

I was so excited to dine at Giada’s new restaurant, having been a long time fan, watching her on Food Network, buying her cookbooks, and enjoying so many of her favorite recipes with family. I wanted to love the restaurant even after reading some of the reviews, I was still optimistic. Let’s start with the ambiance. I felt like I was dining in a large cafeteria. The noise level was so bad I couldn’t have a conversation with my date seated across from me. Over crowded dining hall. Starters- Bacon Wrapped Dates. The bacon was ... read more

The evening started off nice. It was slow because it was early. We were seated early and our waiter came right over. He was very prompt and super friendly. His name was Tucker. However, everything just kind of went downhill from there. The margarita pizza was Unseasoned mostly tasteless. My fish when it arrived 30 minutes after the appetizers were cleared was very overcooked and on the hot plate, which is never a good sign. The pasta noodle with the spaghetti sauce was not special at all and very bland. They didn’t clear our... read more

The decor of the restaurant is amazing - just beautiful. Martini came full of ice, had to ask three times for lemons. Brazino was delicious but the pizza was burnt and the lemon pasta was okay not outstanding. Many other places to go where pasta isn’t $30 a plate.
