Our experience here was pretty good. I don’t know if we would be back. Our service was excellent but my party thought the food was good but not amazing. We ordered the pesto pizza and loved the idea of the pesto with the arugula and pistachio but felt like it could use a little sweetness. Like a balsamic glaze drizzled over. We have been here a number of times, and Luna always tries to do its best. At times though, it falters a bit. We were seated promptly this time at 4:58 pm -- different from previous visits when nobody was even at the front desk till 5 pm. Julika greeted us soon thereafter, but had no idea whether we had been to Luna before. Since many other high-end restaurants know repeat guests, why doesn't Luna have the ability to keep servers up to date? The food was excellent. The waitress AMAZING! The atmosphere very nice. Just a tad too loud. Could have been better acoustics.
The food was good not exceptional for Giada. Extremely noisy and busy, dining room is adjacent to the bar. Service was extremely slow. The food was warm but the plates were very very hot, you could burn yourself especially if it was a small child. In my opinion pricey when comparing the food, service and noise.Public parking is very limited. I'd rate it a 3 out of 5.
The food was very good in the Services already. Unfortunately, because it’s attached to a hotel some of the clientele was less than desirable. They just went to the Hotel restaurant did not realize that they weren’t really just appropriately from the environment. I mean shorts and a polo shirt is fine, but this won’t be beyond that. Baseball caps and dirty T-shirts and dirty jeans doesn’t seem appropriate for this restaurant
Great service - very attentive to ensure your experience is elite. Luna has cool ambience and vibes, too. Food is delicious. The chef and the menu’s intention of being lighter coastal Italian hits the mark.

Everything was great, including our server. The only thing that was a bit of an annoyance was having a reservation at 5 PM and there was no host available and the two bartenders were just watching a line form but did not get anyone to come take us to tables.

While beautiful and a special ambiance, the price was far too expensive for the value. $160 buffet and soft drinks aren't even included (I can understand not including alcohol, but no soft drinks is outrageous). The food was fine, most of it tasty but not worth the hefty price tag. No gluten friendly alternatives nor labels to determine if what was served was safe.
