We have dined at Giada in Las Vegas and found Luna not meeting our expectations. The service was fantastic. The food overall was wonderful however the lemon spaghetti was too lemony for our taste. D The noise level was challenging even though dined in the Jade room (quieter location). It was very loud, difficult to hear others. Overall, we are very happy for the experience however, unsure if we would return.

Our reserved table was not ready when we arrived; however, Luna’s Staff went the extra mile to make up for that, checking in with us frequently, they even offered us courtesy champagne.

Usually, every thing is great! It took 15 minutes for us to get service! I did complain several times, but to no avail!

The place is nice and cozy but the check-in assistance is very bad. Even if you have a reservation, they make you wait a long time and they don't give you any explanations and when you ask, they just say they don't know how much longer you have to wait. The food is good and the assistance at the table and the bar is better.

The location, ambience and company was amazing!!! The food was ok I liked it but not worth the price. Our server was really funny and nice but once we got our food he never came back. I waited forever to get a refill. They said they would comp our drinks since we had to wait so long and our server never came back. We were so delighted and impressed to find this restaurant! It’s stunning and stylish, yet everyone who works there is very friendly and un-pretentious. Customers were dressed in somewhat nice-casual to very stylish-gorgeous. I highly recommend it for the food, the prices, the wonderful atmosphere and great service.
