RecommendedHighly recommend! From the initial call to service they are polite, professional and experienced! We had 2 AC units with issues during the heatwave of 2025 and both Sal & Bill were professional and fixed our issues with expertise and never complained once about the heat. It was over 100degrees heat index and that’s very hot for our area. They took the time to listen to our issues and made sure to address each one. I see why my brother recommended them to us. The appointment was scheduled in a reasonable time. The tech was on time and very professional. He checked the thermostat, the furnace and the AC unit. He answered a couple of questions and recommended I contact the office to answer one specific question so he didn't give me the wrong information. We've used Luxury for 25+ years and we highly recommend them.
We always get good and fair service from Luxury Heating. They arrive within the agreed timeframe and send a text when the technician is on the way. The technicians are very professional. They’ve taken good care of our almost 20 year old system.

I have had Luxury Heating a few times now at my home and each time very satisfied with their service. I was due for maintenance check and cleaning for my furnace. Bill was the technician that came out and he was great. He did a good job and very efficient. He explained everything when he finished which I appreciate. I’ll be due in the summer for my A/C service maintenance. This is a good company and I would recommend them.
