Paul arrived. Investigated the problem. Explained (and showed) the problem to me and why it happened. He ran the furnace through several cycles to make sure it was in working order. We had 2 AC units with issues during the heatwave of 2025 and both Sal & Bill were professional and fixed our issues with expertise and never complained once about the heat. It was over 100degrees heat index and that’s very hot for our area. They took the time to listen to our issues and made sure to address each one. I see why my brother recommended them to us. RecommendedThe appointment was scheduled in a reasonable time. The tech was on time and very professional. He checked the thermostat, the furnace and the AC unit. He answered a couple of questions and recommended I contact the office to answer one specific question so he didn't give me the wrong information. We've used Luxury for 25+ years and we highly recommend them.
