I really appreciate the staff of Luxury Heating. They are always polite and very helpful. I especially like their proactive A/C Spring Maintenance program. I sign up for in the fall then in the spring Luxury Heating contacts me to schedule our Spring A/C check up.

The representative today was Andrew. He was professional, polished, and polite. For his age I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone who is fortunate enough to be serviced by him. The quality of service by Luxury continues to be out standing.

From the moment I called to the time the technician left, I was thoroughly impressed with Luxury Heating Company. The office staff, Lindsay, was very personable and helpful. The communication throughout was outstanding. The technician, John, was terrific. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and following through on the repair. I appreciate the reminders by text and the call from Andrew when he was on the way. Excellent representative of the company. He explained an issue with the thermostat and took pictures of the status of the AC unit. That was a first, and impressive. I have always been more than satisfied with Luxury.

Andrew was the tech dispatched to finish our install. He called 45 minutes prior to notify me of his anticipated arrival time. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable.
