About as good as it gets. No leaks-so far. Crew was on time and professional. After negotiating, Lyons roofing came in with best price. Make sure you get 3 or 4 bids, as job quotes are all over the map. Complete Re-roof. Removed clay tile and installed new underlayment.

The team worked very fast, but seems to have maintained quality. I was impressed with some of the special touches, like adding flashing where there was none from the builder because the area was prone to water damage. Additionally, they rearranged my tiles to minimize water damage, and to direct water away from the underlayment. They only came in about $350 over their estimate because of wood they really couldn't tell needed replacing. I was happy about that. Art did an exceptional job finding and documenting with pictures items on our tile roof that needed attention i.e. fixing flashing, caulking around vents. He explained what he did and answered all our questions. Very professional. Roof Inspection and Tune-up

The project went very well. I hesitated at first to use Lyons, until I learned they also had a full office and crews in the Tucson area as well as Phoenix. Their sales person/estimator really closed the deal with his professionalism, patience, and the fact that after looking over my property and summarizing what I needed he sat in his truck for nearly an hour and compiled a quote right then and there. A portion of my roof was leaking. Dustin came out to do the estimate. He provided pictures of the damage to the roof as well as an explanation of the scope of work. The roofers arrived right on time. They also kept me informed of the progress and provided pictures of the work in progress and when the job was finished. When it comes time to get additional roofing done, I'll choose Lyons. They did not do any work for us, but the inspection was good. They were very timely. They were very thorough. They took about 20 pictures of old different things they saw, spent time going through it all with us, and walked around the roof line just going over all that. They had a brochure that they left with us. It had samples in it. They showed us samples of different choices we had. They had them in their truck. The guy was just very nice.
