Lyons was not the lowest bid, but I felt they were the most knowledgeable and committed to doing the job right. Jeff Neils and Ron Holts had a combined 30 years of roofing experience. They were able to diagnose problems and explain to me in laymen's terms exactly what needed to be done. I went with Lyon's because I felt they were committed to doing the job correctly and not just trying to shortcut the job with the lowest bid. They did an excellent job. They were very organized and everything went well. They recovered my flat roof and repaired and replaced 2 skylights.

unknown After a thorough inspection of the roof the representative did not feel any repair was necessary after recent hail storm. He said one area might need a small bit in a few years because he saw where water was wearing a specific section. I asked what I owed him for the inspection and was told their estimates are always free. Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the rep.(Jeremy)

Quickly assessed situation to rule out leak. Lyons previously did a coating on flat roof. While under warranty quickly repaired a couple of blisters. In last incident called about a possible leak and the company tracked down issue.
