We had poor service too - girl never came to take our order and brought cold soup.
Very little irritates me as much as poor service. I guess I shouldn't be too irritated seeing as we were only seated and never served... Not a soul came to the table after that. Fifteen minutes later we walked out. Not even a glass of water... The two groups behind us were seated, brought drinks, one table was even on the second loaf of bread. Sad too, I was looking forward to the Chicago style sausage and fresh garlic pizza, bruchetta, and a couple cold beers. I gites m guess that will not be my NEW place
The service is the absolute worst. No one acknowledges you coming in the door so you have to fight to get someones attention to get a table, if they ever come out of the back. Don't know what is going on back there but it definitely has all the employees attention. This is a Thursday. I would hate to see what is like on the weekend but fortunately i won't be back.
We frequented this restaurant but that might change as with the new year our resolution is value. When dining out our time is valuable, our hard earned money will be spent knowing the restaurant value their diners and we will reward good service. The food is delicious very authentic and the service is great !
The food was great, with good size portions. But we waited over 20 mins before the waitress even introduced herself. Then it was longer to get even drinks. No refills where offered and she forgot to bring us our bread. The music was so loud we could not even talk to each other.
