I have major dental phobia. Dr. Kieth & Dr. Jackson have made me feel so much better about visiting the dentist on a regular basis. A friend recommended me to Maderia Dentistry and I am so thankful I took their advice. Dr. Kieth took the time to explain the treatment that I needed and was very kind. The office staff was also very attentive and friendly. I will be recommending Maderia Dentistry to all of my friends and family!

WONDERFUL except they've now taken on so many new patients that they are unable to schedule our 6 month checkups 6 months in advance. The only appointments available are 8 months out and anything sooner is waitlisted. This is problematic for us.
I was impressed with Dr. Keith at first, but have since wondered if Madeira Dentistry has subsequently initiated a profit push for expensive services every visit. I suspect intentional damage to a filling by his partner to sell a crown. This is the first dental practice I have been to which has their staff call to sell services. They insist a form be signed for recommendations not followed. The hygienist pressured me with advice which I later found to be questionable.
I do not recommend him. Very poor manners and not trustworthy
Dr. Jackson had me in a chair for over 4 hrs to remove a screw for a loose implant. He went ahead to tell me the screw was broken. I had another dentist remove the screw in 15 minutes. He simply did not know the screw was placed at an angle. My biggest problem is not him being wrong but the inability to accept responsibility for his error. His office also gave me conflicting charges and versions of diagnosis.
