I am very disappointed in the services provided by this dentist office. The staff was unkind and made me feel rushed during my appointments. There is a high cancellation fee which is absurd. On my first visit they told me I had several cavities when I had not had any my whole life. I have since changed offices and my new dentist said I did not have any cavities. Their office damaged my teeth by filling cavities that I did not have in under ten minutes. I never felt welcomed.

On my first visit, Dr. Jackson walked in the room and began examining my teeth without introducing himself or speaking to me at all. It was bizarre. During another visit, he administered N20 without asking me if I wanted it & when I checked out, the receptionist told me it was not covered by insurance and I had to pay $100 out of pocket. During this same visit, we had NEVER previously discussed doing anything about my receding gum line on a sensitive tooth, and he "fixed" it without my consent.
